Its actually NOT your fingers absorbing water. It's a natural effect that we have which no longer has a use. Before we were so civilized, rain/water meant it's hard to climb around rocks/cliffs, so our bodies automatically gave us a kind of "super fingerprint" just like bigger treads on snow/ice tires, we have bigger treads (or fingerprints) for wetter conditions.

  • 2 your fingers absourb in water

  • 1.Becouse it reflects the light from the sun.The sun is only yellow becouse of the fire.

2.Becouse the fingers absorb the water.

3.becouse of the sulfur (I think).

    4.Yes, primates.

5.So you fell more confortable about how much sound the TV can produce.

  • i mean

#5 why wouldn't you if you like it at 23 you know where your valume is

  • #1: it magic

    #2: physics

#3: i never knew that happened

    #4: yes orangutans

    #5:

  • i know them all.............. BECAUSE GOD WANTED IT TO BE THAT WAY

  • @starwarslover015 Your answer is invalid.

  • @pie0wns Y?

  • @starwarslover015

cuz there a fag get over it, good answer tho! I really mean it. Never thought about it like that before

  • #1 because it is

    #2 because it is

    #3 because it is

    #4 because it is

    #5 because it is

  • the answers make sense if u figured it out on the spot, and not read about them before...1.sun emits light, nuclear reactions, moon reflects all light.2, perhaps osmosis, absorbs water or to swim with more ease, hydrodynamics, 3 theres something inside it..lol 4, dolphins, chimps 5..its helpfull..to know ur not that deaf..lol those were wild guesses

  • only fifth

  • what the hell was kipkay watching in question #5

  • I know only #1

It's because the sun emits light, And light is a combination of 7 colors (Red,orange, yellow, green, dark blue, light blue and violet)

The combination of all of them is white

    Therefore, light is white.

The moon is white, because it reflects all of the colors.

Fun fact: Black object do not reflect light, therefore they do not reflect any colors.

That is why they are black. (figured this out on my own)

    Physics. Gotta love 'em.

  • @Th4w But when it's pitch black outside and all my lights are out everything is black meaning they are black objects, so you saying that objects in my room don't reflect light?

  • @israphel22

Listen, if you're trying to be a smartass at least read my comment or learn your lessons.

Light is COMPOSED of colors. Colors are light. Light is colors.

In the night everything is black, because there is a very low level of lighting and the colors aren't bright enough to be seen. They reflect light, but it's kind of a challenge when there is no light to reflect.

  • @Th4w This is something you can try with a crystal, put it in sun light and on a table. Basicly from one side the light should enter it while from the other one it leaves, being bend, and it shows all the colors of the rainbow :)

Also colors appear because certain colors bounce of from objects, making them seem that color. Like a bright red apple, if absorbs all the other colors, but bounces off red light, making it appear red.

  • @tammiruusu While with black, it absorbs all colors and light and turning it into heath. Which is why a black shirt that is worn on a summer day makes you hot. White is the opposite, it bounces off all the colors, so is recommended to wear on a sunny day ;)

  • @tammiruusu

Almost right. Colors don't "Bounce off", they get reflected. The ones who do not get reflected are absorbed, that is true. Light will turn into the colors of the rainbow simply because all of the main colors (Red orange yellow green light blue dark blue and violet) have a different angle of reflection, so in that order, red will pass almost straight, while violet will seem to be bent. Also, light isn't TURNED to heat. It IS heat, but by reflecting it, the light reflects

  • @tammiruusu the heat as well, while the black doesn't reflect it and just absorbs it. That's why there are "warm" and "cold" colors. The warm colors are closer to black ergo they absorb more colors and reflect less and the cold colors - closer to white and just the opposite of what I just said.Your logic was almost right :). But how do you think rainbows are made? Or more like why do they emerge? And why exactly after rain? I do know the answer, but do not understand it.

  • i have a question. how many seconds have passed since the begining of existence?

  • @arealhardhead i ges 7

  • @arealhardhead A lot XD

  • i know 3 of them the water one the volume. one and the moon one

  • 5. so you can put the volume up to 69

  • 5. for the visual learner

  • 5. for the deaf

  • It's not like a deaf person cares about volume anyway....

  • @datmofo19 how on earth would the deaf hear tv -.-

  • I liked the last Question

  • 3. The water washes away your natural body oil and without that it turns wrinkled.

  • @MrSunshne Almost. Water does wash away natural body oils. After some time your fingers will have absorbed some water, they looked wrinkled because the "indentations" are actually connective tissues and don't absorb water.

  • @TheeWubMachine

    WRONG WRONG WRONG!

  • @mbdxgdb2 How so?

  • 3. cuz asparigus is gross

  • 1. light refraction

    2. calcium in fingers absorb water

    3. acid

    4. yes, hyena's

    5. so you can adjust it finely

  • @minecraftbessness sorry dont mind but i think u can adjust the volume fine without the visual indicator by hearin it..

  • @minecraftbessness monkeys can laugh too

  • Lol sun is white as seen from outer space but because of our atmosphere light is refracted, so yellow sun and blue sky.

  • answers

    1.because the moon is white

2.the skin cannot breath in the water causing it to be rinckly

    3.?????

    4.?????

    5.?????

  • waching nasty stuff while your wife is gone:)

  • 4 hiena

  • i only know 5........

    im so retarded

  • That other one is kinda wrong the moon is made out of the earths crust

  • 4 is easy: yes, some animals lough. Example: Human. What, you think human is not an animal? :DD

  • @KamileCamilla Nice answer

  • Well, it's more gray-ish. The only reason it appears white to us on Earth is because when the sun is behind us, the reflection from the sun lights the moon up. But what makes it GRAY is the rocks & dust found on the moon. The moon is like one giant asteroid floating around Earth, made completely of rocks. There are spots called maria which make some parts of the moon look darker than others.

  • @kipkay i knew all of them thery were quite ez

  • Uuuhh... you do realize that people can just Google all this right?

  • 1. the sun is made of fire, and the moon isn't 2. fingers get wrinkly because our body is telling us it's almmost time to get iut 3. asparagus has a chemical in it that mades pee stink. I don't know the answer to 4. 5. so people know how deaf the really are especally when their wife complains

  • #2 is becuase of diffusion in your body

  • Your hands get wrinkly through osmosis.

Water molecules get in and out of the cells in your skin through what's called a partially permeable membrane. When the amount of water molecules in the skin is at its top. This is known as equilibrium

  • 1. Because light is "white". The white is made of ROYGBIV (The colours of the rainbow).WHen they hit the moon, it is reflected white

  • Comment removed

  • This has almost nothing to do with your IQ, only knowlage.

  • question #5 - cos you don't wnat to wake your mum up while you watch porn

  • 1. Scattering and absorbtion of the light into the atmosphere

    2. Osmosis

    3. Sulfur compounds

    4. They only laugh when they are about to be slaughtered

    5. Because deaf people need to know how loud their TV is so they don't wake the neighbors

  • I click for the thumbnail

  • Comment removed

  • @Popawesum

#1: The question is related to the fact that the moon shine because the sun's light hits it and reflects to us. If the sun is yellow, why is the moon not?

#5: The problem with that answer is that people who change the volume can probably already hear whether or not the TV is too loud or soft, so they don't actually need the indicator. If they need to see the indicator to know that, they probably can't hear.

  • @EralForgan What if they are half deaf or its on mute and they didnt know? And I didnt have enough room to finish #1 because I went to 500 characters. By the time we get the light from the Moon, the color of yellow is gone, but sometimes we see it. The color tends to faze in the atmosphere. Ever learn of light-years???

  • @Popawesum There is usually an indicator for the TV being muted, so the volume would not be necessary for that. Also, again, even a half-deaf person will know whether or not the TV is loud enough for them to hear it.

On the subject of the Moon's light: Light-years don't really have much to do with that, but the rest of it makes sense.

  • @Popawesum THAT IS THE MOST HILARIOUS THING I'VE EVER READ!!! HAHAHAH

  • @AsSeenOnRedTube I dont need or want to be criticized when I didnt get to finish the answer because of the character amounts. Besides, you try being perfect and getting the answer right on this without the help of resources, didn't work out the best for me but at least I tried, nobody is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. I dont make fun of when the other people tried and I knew their answer was wrong. I just appreciate them trying...

  • @Popawesum okay

1- Because the moon has it's own lights powered by the suns energy

2- It's a defense mechanism that makes us look old and helpless so the water doesn't drown us

    3-Asperges syndrome

4-Yes, but they just don't find humans funny

5-So deaf people can test how deaf they are.

  • #4 Humans and Hyenas

  • #2 ur skin cells are absorbing water then weakening them #4 animals don't laugh

  • 1) By the time sunlight has bounced off Moon and passed through our atmosphere, it has undergone a lot of scattering and absorption, until the light is a blend that we see as white light. Of course, Moon doesn't always look white.

    2) Your body absorbs water, because it has more solids in solution than the water does.

    3) Sulphur compounds in the asparagus pass through your system

    4) Just humans; the others aren't really laughing

    5) I need to see that demonstration, again.

  • @Pooua You dude are pretty smart the only thing i want to point out is with number 4 all animals probably laugh but they do it so its a different way of laughing or in a language we dont understood. It could also be a signal of the ears or something. You might be concluding that to us no other animal really lauhs however every species has its own interpreting of identifiables such as kissing and laughing. That is all.

  • FUCK ALL YA FAKE ASS SMART KID THAT USE GOOGLE HAHAHAH

  • @mikedog1999: number two is wrong. Its cuz ur bodys water is more pure than the water ur in so it pulls moisture out to try an equalize but distilled water will actually make ur skin puff up

  • 1 through 5

Bcuz God made it that way

  • @Yoshifan151 True

  • 1 THE SUN REFLECTS AND SPACE IS DARK

2 BECAUSE WATER TAKES OFF NATURAL BODY OIL

    3 TOO MUCH PROTEAN

4 YES SUCH AS PARROTS DOGS CAT ONLY LAND ANIMALS ETC

5 SO YOU KNOW HOW HIGH THE VOLUME IS

    there all right answers

  • 1.the suns light reflects from earth to the moon

2.because the water soaks in and your skin changes shape and eventually turns back

3.idont know and i dont think the do if they do i think its because THEY smell bad

    4.no

5.so you know if you can raise it or it is too loud to

  • Comment removed

  • 2.becouse your skin absorbs the water

    3.dont know

    4.no they dont

5.so u know how high it is or how low

  • @wildoneshacker53 hyenas laugh so you are wrong

  • the sun is not yellow its white :P it jest looks yellow from far away if u look closer (dont burn your eyes) its white :)

  • Love the girls

  • 1: sun brights in a really light yellow color, almost white, therefore it enlightens everything to make it look white, the moon, by nature is grey, when sun enlights it - it's white...

2: because water enters our skin and does it's chemistry inside

3: because it has "chemicals" or - ingredients (chemistry) that, when "recycled" in our body - stink

4: i have absolutely no idea

5: because some people want to see on a scale how loud it is, also i have a tv without the visual indicator!

    There :)

  • Google time.

  • Visual indicator for volume on tv could be for deaf people, because despite the sound not mattering to them, they may want to be considerate of others.

Or possibly to measure the level of volume they are using, as to keep it for a reference in the future.

  • The moon is the colour it appears because that is the colour of it's surface, the light refracts off of it in such a way that produces that colour of light, rather than that of the sun. Probably, i'm only 16, i'm no scientist of the sort hahaha.

I assume your fingers wrinkle because the water soaks into your skin, cause it to expand, and therefore wrinkle.

  • @br3wz3r12 read my comment for the first question, and about the fingers being wrinkly, you're correct...I'm only 13, but im really into chemistry ;)

Also, on a side note about the sun and moon colors, there is no black and white colors, or anything made by mixing those two.

White, as we know it, is actually REEEEAALLYY bright yellow

Black, as we know it, is actually REEEEAALLYY dark brown

grey is a color made of yellow and brown, but really bright yellow and dark brown :)

  • the answers are easy its because you touch urself at night

  • @MrSatanicNumberS i dont need to...

  • I think the answer to number 2 is because the water makes oil leaves your body which causes you're skin to wrinkle. Just guessing. =)

  • 0:29 for why you clicked this vid.

  • Kookaburras rofl all the time

  • U have 10 fish, 5 drown, 3 come back to life. How many fish do you have?

Stop counting smart one. Fish cant Drown.

  • @aChouNaY Yes they can... if there is no oxygen in the water

  • These are not questions that test your intelligence...they test your knowledge

  • Comment removed

  • @BRyanS72 5 Stupid questions!

  • 1- The sun is is sending out blue light, it is blue, but because of the particles of the earth's atmosphere, is becomes red. What goes on with the moon is almost the same, but it sends white light out, just as your shirt would send out the reflection of the red light.

2-Your fingers do not have pores, so the water gets stuck, and therefore your finder-skin expands

    3-Sulfur

4-No they do not laugh, human unique. Hyenas communicate that way

5-so you can see it and don't turn it too loud

  • @rosen583 not sulfur.... asparic acid............ if i remember from 10 years ago

  • 4- No, laughing is human-unique

5- so that you know the limits and don't waste your time constantly trying to make max volume louder

  • @flubbyz1 Wrong answer for 4. Hyenas laugh.

  • 1- the sun makes white light, right? even though it's RED. the moon's light is a reflection of the sun's light.

2- You're skin cells soak up water and expand, but only in your fingers because your your other skin expels water through it's pores, making your skin too big for you

3- Asparagus contains a sulfur-containing compound identified by scientists as methyl mercaptan. A colorless gas, this compound is also found in blood, feces, garlic, eggs, cheese and even skunk secretions

  • hey buddy QUESTION 6!! why u showin us yummy butts during a test now i forgot everything goddamit!!

  • Man, you guys are dumb. Really, gasses? The moon doesnt have an ATMOSPHERE. Herp a frikin derpity derp.

  • xD I laughed SO hard when he said,"QUESTION THREEE,why does asparagus make your pee stink?" HAHAHAHAHAHAAHHA

  • I click 2 see those 2 beautiful asses

  • @ismeti777 me to

  • @martinpf666 i guess we think the same hahah

  • Actually, 1 is not gases nor relative perception. It's because the rock on the moon, mainly regolite, reflects white.

And 2 isn't oil in skin or weakning of the skin, it is thought that it is due to the absorption of water by dead skin cells that swell up and the underlying living skin layer has to compensate the excessive volume with wrinkles.

  • what is the point if you DONT ANSWER THE QUESTIONS!?!?! I'm not curious enough to do research, this aint school TELL ME THE ANSWERS!!!

  • actually, #1 is due to relative perception. this is because you are used to seeing that wavelength of light as "white". it is the same reason that if you stay in a "green" lit room for a long time, you can distinguish between colors, but when you return to a "white" lit room, everything has a strong red tinge.

  • All of them.

    1. The gases surrounding each.

    2. The oils in your skin stop developing as easily in water.

    3. Animals do laugh, some species of apes are known to laugh.

    4. People whom can not hear can insure they do not have the volume too high, others in the house/near by may not like it blasted.

  • i only know #3.the normal amount of oil on ur skin gets worn away by the water.

  • 1. Gases, Duh

2.Water particles build up in the skin cells that weaken the skin.

    3. Some of the liquids in the asperagus make the urine smell.

    4. No, no animals cry (tears)

    5. Duh! So you know if you cant go any louder or quieter and also for added convience.

  • 1. Gases

    2. Liquids in the asparagus

    3.air from water under skin

    4. None can laugh but elephants can cry

    5. Ooh babes

  • I only got here because the thumbnail was to hot girls xD

  • what about the answers?

  • If you pay attention to question #5, you can see the remote...

  • 1)Sun is a star and self illuminating, where as moon is a natural satellite of earth which is not have self illumination property.

2)The outer layer is called the epidermis

  • if you wanna the answers, call chuck norris.

  • I knew 4 in Previous video and all in this one

  • 2. Becase water gose from high to low.

  • 2. because your body's water contains solutes like salts, the water in the pool wants to reach equilibrium with the solutes, therefore your fingers absorb extra water and appear wrinkly.

  • TV has a visual indicator for volume so that you know what setting you usually have it at.

  • q1 because the suns rays reflect off of EVERYTHING, but not everything appears yellow. the suns rays are actually white, but appear yellow when you look at them

  • @BoomerangCardTricks its the element of hydrogen burning that gives the orange colour

  • @ObservedFIREFLY oh thanks thats pretty cool

  • @BoomerangCardTricks herp derp NOPE light is composed of all the primary colors (look it up bro, issac newton discovered it) and the color of something is the reflection of light on that object and how we perceive it

  • @SkooledINC o yea... I heard that somewhere a while ago but i couldnt remember where but i just remember it was an encyclopoedia i was reading about snow and how it is all different colors because of the sun but just appears white because thats the way we perceive it herp derp indeed.

  • @BoomerangCardTricks cool herp derp to you as well

  • Q1: because light white, and the moon surface has a layer of white dust (moondust)

  • I cant believe people are still answering 5 with, for deaf people..

I came back to this video several times...

Your ears gadjust o the loudness (or lack off) of sound! so if its really loud, after a while you will not hear how loud it is anymore...

  • @mitchellvanvliet and why would deaf people care about the volume??

  • Knowing these things (and i do), does not make me being a genius, only a knowledgeable person.

  • 2:dehydration

  • 5: for deaf people.

  • @Ikswotnerkop why would death people turn up the tv?

  • @BladesStrife How would someone stricken by death even use a remote? They're dead last time I checked. Do you mean deaf?

  • @Requiem9001 yeh i meant deaf

  • @Ikswotnerkop Why would deaf people need to change the volume...

  • The only one I don't know is five

  • #3 : the chemicals

  • the tv has the visual thing for audio so that you think its getting louder

  • I know number 2 it's biological...I guess it's osmosis process that the water moves from the high concentration to low concentrationmeans that ur finger has the high concentration of water (Say it's correct cuz it'sthe only lesson i studied and took this year for the IGCSE Biology term) :D

  • The title would be better if it was named this: Are you a person that can remember random facts that will never help you i any situation, unless a situation occurs in which someone asks you one of these questions.

  • thumbs up if u clicked this for those 2 girls xD

  • Besides humans, dolphins are the only animals that have sex for pleasure...

  • @TJeffrey13 Bonobos too.... they can have sex with both sexes

  • screw the questions , i'm here to see that ASS

  • Eating Asparagus makes ur pee stink because it contains ammonium! In fact, most of the food u eat makes ur pee stink!

  • The moon appears white because it is reflecting white light emitted from the sun, the sunn looks yellow because not only light is emitted from it! Your fingers are wrinkled because the water concentration in ur fingers in higher than in the water itself! Animals do not laugh! The television volume indicator is so that the user do not have to adjust the volume base on theirs ears!

  • @Gunbardo Rats laugh you just need this thing which deepens the noise they make. And i do not know what that instrument is called but rats definitely laugh.

  • cats dont laugh... they are too busy eating the faces off of their recently deceased owners. our ancestors in medieval times had the right idea

  • Because obviosly at 0:20 the asparagus tries to look like a penis.

  • I just have one answer ....

    A5: very nice asses

  • Its just white osmosis that's weird hyenas so you can see how loud you could want it

  • 1. is the moons' layer reflects all light which makes it look white.

    2. osmosis

    3. didn't even know asparagus even did that >.>

    4. Don't know...

    5. so you can have a point of reference of how loud you can go and how loud it will be

  • 1. all light is white

    2. osmosis

    3. sulfuric acid is reacting

    4.hyenas

5.So you can see how much the max volume is

  • @joshuagrooms14 not all light is white...

  • Sun is white it's the athmosphere that makes it yellow.

  • i like turtles

  • 2 is osmosis :D

  • 1.light is white

    2.dunno

    3.sulfuric acid reacts

    4.i dont think so

5.Several reasons, if your speakers weren't working then it would help indicate so. Also, when the program you're watching is quiet, the visual indicator will help reflect this. It's also helpful to have a visual indicator as a reference point on how loud you expect the sound to be.

  • 5. why would u need sound is ur speakers were broken ?

  • animals do laugh and some animals are hyenas

the sun is yellow but light has no color so when the light's reflected the moon looks white.

  • 1: All the light is white, so the moon who reflets the light also looks white

  • @456appeltje no light is made up of the colours of the rainbow. i know tht cus i read it out of a book

  • Comment removed

  • @lucyswain12 yes the light got several colours but all those colours together make white light and because the moon isn't splitting the light up, you will have a white moon

  • @456appeltje the moon reflects the colors that it is, which aren't all the wavelengths given off by the sun.

  • i like smoke cigrits

  • i knew 1/5 Qestions

  • @lordxheroth the sun isnt white yet. it wont enter the white dwarf stage for a few extra hundred thousand years.

  • @dammitcrap Thats not what I meant. I was reffering to electro magnetic waves and the sun projects all manner of the waves but the ones we can see are between infrared and ultraviolet. But when combined the colours become white. The sun isnt yellow, white, red or even blue its all those colours it depends what those rays have to go through we end up with a certan colour.

  • @lordxheroth ahhhh so you were referring to the light itself and not how our own eyes/camera perceive it. i see
