A waste of huge amounts of money on a ridiculous vanity project.The fares will have to be so high only the rich will be able to afford it and we willall be paying for it for decades.I for one as an ordinary working class person dont want to subsidise rich businessmen.People living in affected areas will be paying for something they cannot use .Fuck London.

in south italy we use to say minchiate

you're going to make a high speed train but empty (cost of ticket and unusefulness)...may be you were inspired from the similar experience made in spain where the high speed line was dismissed after few years because of scarce use.
