ohms wouldnt really have to do with sub, would be amp burning up. if u mean 1500W @ 1ohm.. that's what ive seen/heard people do with the L7. just like there amps. ive seen birth sheets on a 1000watt kicker amp, read like 1600W.

if you parallel-series wire them to 2ohms, no.

they claim the 12's can RMS at 750. and max at 1500.  i've seen people put 1500 to jus one, and play it for a good 10min without any trouble. L7's are pretty bullet proof.

I would go with a kicker 1500.1 if you have the money, if your on a budget the hifonics bxi 1606d is not a bad option at 250 bucks.

I was powering them with a hifonics bxi2006d with the gains all the way down, wired to 1 ohm. They did not like the power to much as 1 of the subs blew, I just sold the good one and im upgrading to an 18" FI BTL in the next week.
