From 1975-1979, I used to watch this show when I lived in Buffalo, on channel 9 CFTO out of Toronto, at 5Am on Saturday. Also professor Kizel and Pinocchio! This is the BOMB! Great posting! Thanks!!!!
Anyone notice that Rusty Tinman has a two-sided mouth instead of three-sided in this one? I am pretty sure it's cause the show was produced so a single animator could animate an entire episode, and they probably had four or five animators, and the one here always drew Rusty this way (this probably explains why the show reuses a lot of old animation like "Scooby-Doo Where Are You")
this was a great stoner cartoon if you don't think it had a impact on society then you live in a real little world .Just as in all cartoons are from the philosophy of the creaters and yes they did do things in them to influence the peoples mind . look at the simpsons and family guy ,people quote from them and dohhh is in the dictanary now.this is one of many that started the revolution .that's all folks da da da dah da dah dah dah da da dada dahhhhh.lol
@Tazzman -- Yes--the Retro Network airs them as interstitials between its Filmation block shows on Saturdays...but it cuts the opening and close creds, which I think is my favorite bit.
Anyone who has ever been bullied can identify. Rusty is horrendous.

Wookie72: There may have been no 'hippies' but the establishment could still be frightened of the beatniks.
