@alexazns When you connect your ipod to itunes just click "update" in itunes & it will restore it to factory settings.

@themendez3715 press ctrl+alt+del & under the processes tab look for itunes & click end now & confirm. sometimes it's not up in the form of a window, but still running in the background.

nothing will be on the task manager but ipodwizard nd it still says that something is connected to the ipod.

nd ive read a lot of comments nd it happens to a lot of people i dont know y.

what i mean is the drop down box HAS my iPod's name, but when I click write to iPod it says i should close all programs that are running my iPod. i tried it out on another PC and this CODE ERROR thing popped up along with a bunch of numbers...

@huntforfood99 ohh okay. it's probably b/c itunes is still running in the background. do ctrl+alt+del & click the processes tab then find itunes or ituneshelper & end those programs. then open ipod wizard by right clicking on it & choose run as administrator & try it again.

Why does it take so long to load the iPodWizard screens? mine doesn't even work.. is that important cos the program says it's unable to read my iPod.

@huntforfood99 at the top write corner you should see a drop down box and choose the drive with your ipod's name on it. also, make sure you connect your ipod before opening ipodwizard or it will not show up.

it still doesn't work even after pressing ctrl+alt+del and ending the running programs or maybe there are some programs i dont know of running the iPod...

Why the hell do ipodwizard keep going on about unable to access ipod. iTunes closed and everything else. Do I suposed to delete something from the ipod to give ipodwizard access to it

@tmlee819 okay, to make sure you completely closed itunes.. do ctrl+alt+delete and click on processes, then search for itunes and end any processes that have that name and try it again. that worked for me.. also make sure you run ipodwizard as administrator by right clicking on it and choosing run as administrator. let me know if that works!

after i put the theme i tryed putting music on it and a had to restore my ipod

@twis12 just leave it plugged in to the computer after you load the firmware and it resets. then just sync your ipod & everything should be there.

you can change the background completely as long as it's 320x240.

I ran it as administrator, i did everything they did in the video...but it still totally failed. Maybe cause its windows seven....
