I followed the recipe for the steak marination for tonights dinner . I was really gooooooooooood! Thermometer is key though. I didn't make the butter sauce..but it was still GREAT .THanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to request something because i like your cooking style..i make lunch for my hubby early everyday usually and he loves mexican food so easy simple yummy ideas would be fab. I made your chicken sandwiches the other day and yummy so good. :)
