This looks to me like the theory of how they're made. I've seen videos of them being made in China and I'll believe those long before I believe this is how it's actually done.
@luno44 All pyrotechnic companies have various techniques on how they make their own fireworks. Most fireworks are from China, and are widely exported around the world, the United-States more so. America has gained it's technique from italian pyrotechnics and chinese pyrotechnics. The difference, chinese shells are mostly spherical and italian shells, cylindrical. I recall the exact same video you are talking about, however they do the same shell repeatedly. Italian shells are widely different.
@Pyromight this shell is different than the ones you both are talking about, the way he made this multibreak shell is better than the paper crafted 1, and lets not forget this is for mass sale, thay wont me a whole paper 1 for you if thay want profit(:
what fucking idiots would thumbs down this vid? I added this to favs, because it gave me like 3 new ideas for my own shells =D fireworks are cheap as a hobbie, and wonderful artwork that everyone enjoys.
Thumbs down because of narration quality, and accuracy of terms related to explosives and fireworks in general. Not everything that burns is an explosive, and explosives like black powder, flash powder, etc do not detonate, you can't "detonate" with static electricity either. Stars burn, they don't explode and although they are made from similar ingredients as explosives they are not made of explosives.
@BlackandChrome your talking all technical its not required. everyone knows the news media are a bunch of cock suckers, reading from a teleprompter. The idea's are what important, not your beliefs.
You supposedly make fireworks as a hobby and you don't think being technical is a good thing? That's concerning to say the least.
As far as my "beliefs" I suggest you start realizing them as facts, because fact always matter, if they don't matter to you, then... Well, that's just sad.
@9DragonMaster ooooh sounds like you're tired of getting schooled and lack the creativity/intelligence to come up with a decent response? That means the next phase is obviously indiscriminate name calling, am I correct?
Yes, because there is so much substance behind threatening someone with a good ass kicking on the internet, honestly stop yelling at me, I nearly wet myself because you said fuck more than once. The best you can do on the internet is insult someone and cause irrefutable rage, which you obviously do not excel at. Being an overaggressive douche, prime for the insulting, on the other hand you are well suited for.
This shows how the fireworks are assembled NOT how it is made from scratch. Obviously they don't want the teach the terrorists how to make gunpowder  ....
@PyroChemicals Not true. There are alot of Canadian firework companies all around the country. And still produce displays. This video is about 6 years old. But yeah, whoever told you that was wrong, we still have fireworks over here in Canada.
@PyroChemicals Like I said, whoever told you that is wrong. Of course your allowed to shoot them, but sooner or later, fireworks will come to an end to reduce pollution. And yes, companies like Royal Pyrotechnie, Vulcan Fireworks, and many more companies are based in Canada. They are still made and the only way they cannot produce fireworks is if they are not permitted or if they go bankrupt. There are some companies being banned in Mexico and Africa, maybe the person that told you meant them..
@Pyromight ERD Canada's website says you cannot make fireworks legally in Canada. In this video, a person in Canada is making fireworks. This video is outdated.
@PyroChemicals This video is old. But I've been part of a fireworks company based in Canada for my 2nd year. And we are allowed to make fireworks. Even many others, so I'm not sure..
@PyroChemicals BEM, Vulcan, Royal Pyrotechnie, Rocket Fireworks. BEM and Royal Pyrotechnie make their own fireworks, where as Rocket Fireworks and Vulcan get theirs from China.
@PyroChemicals BEM, Vulcan, Royal Pyrotechnie, Rocket Fireworks. BEM and Royal Pyrotechnie make their own fireworks, where as Rocket Fireworks and Vulcan get theirs from China.

I don't have the American version. Discovery Channel, and How it's Made in Canada, only have things that were manufactured in Canada. So unfortunatley no.
No this shell is not big at all. It only ranges from a diameter of 4". So your talking maybe 900 grams which is close to a pound. The heavist of a shell for me would be a 60lbs fully loaded 12" shell. Which is the heaviest I've tried to carry. You wouldn't want to try to lift it. With 900 grams for a 4" shell, you'd need 450 grams of lift. Which is contained in the small bag. The company makes sure every gram is well weighed in the bag before using it. Which is why the bag contains 450 grams.
i love How ITs Made. next summer when i go up to Canada, im gonna come visit you. ill bring my liscense and my pyrotechnic gear so we can build some 12" multi breaks ;)
