They say it's an Angel in the game, but in Angel's lair they have tentacles coming out of their bodies and sticking outwards. This one looks like it has regular chimeran legs like the Widowmaker. I know it's not a Widow maker they have different heads and the Widowmaker looks like a Spider ASngels kind of look like manta rays.

They do, but he resists them. Through-out the entire game they try to take over him. In the cutscenes, it breifly shows the angels screaming, and during the game, the screen blurs yellow for a few seconds and then goes back to normal. Good 'ol Hale managed to shake it off.
