Where in the constitution dose it give the Federal Government the right to make any substance illegal? There is an amendment but that was added after the fact and it has not been ratified because there are laws in place called child labor laws now. The constitution isn't perfect that much is clear, but that only reflects the fact that this country isn't perfect and I doubt any new constitution will make it any better. We don't follow it now, we won't follow it later.

Its the states job to make labor laws if any, that way the laws are in competition, always innovating. Federal laws FORCE conformity, and destroy any testing or innovation of laws, hence we have crappy drug laws, crappy labor laws that make us not competitive, and just polarize people politically.

Ron Paul is the only one who can talk the talk..all the others are just icing on the cake of retoric that will not do anything in washington..i believe that many would take the change in washington if they had a leader who was pure enough to shine that light..that light is Ron Paul everyone..he stands for us, not corporate greed, the fed, war or any other special interest groups.
