  • As gymnastic fan back then as a kid I know szabo from world champions and other competitions and the Nadia tour, but I never heard Mary Lou till the 84 olmypics, Cathy makes sound like she the best in the world but szabo showed, they were wrong in event finals wining three gold medals

  • no it would have been 0.25 added since the fall occured in the team optionals and her team total is halved.

  • It's heartbreaking to see szabo fall in her UB routine...if it hadn't been for that fall she would have won the All around gold and made history.Imagine:her final  overall score was 79.125 add 0.50=79.625.Retton had 79.175 points.
