Kids are dumb. when you live somewhere cold (Canada for instance) and the temperature is -20 degrees celsius everyday during winter, short sleeves are not uncommon. I take out the garbage/recycling and shit like that in shorts and a tshirt. it's not like were spending hours in the snow. was in Florida last year, the temperature was 63 and people were in sweaters and coats. me - shorts and a tshirt.
