This is one of Psikyo's two fighting games. Their other one was Battle K-Road, which is based on reality fighting sports.

And according to some Japanese sources, Cool is the protagonist of this game, and MUGEN contributor name "mass" converted him into MUGEN, but he either needs his AI updated or patched with a new AI patch.

Its somewhat up in the air. Alot of japanese sites point to Cool but the developers seem to favor Haiji. Of all the storyboards his are the furthest along, and his ending and storyline art was closest to being finished.

Sorry. My mistake. But the developers of this game reportedly moved to SNK, supported by the observation that many of the characters bear striking resemblances to fighters that later appeared in SNK's King of Fighters series and the game Garou: Mark of the Wolves.

Download the file and use it in MAME to play as Trigger or Carlos.
