I had a pond built about a year ago In Va. it's about 3/4 acre with all the rain it filled right up but it's down about 4 ft which tells me it leaking bad I put a 2 hundred fish in it using ESS-13 to fix the leak will it kill the fish
The ESS-13 is non-toxic. That being said please review the aquatic toxicity page on the main seepage control site (seepagecontrol (dot) com) regarding oxygen demand on the pond in order to better evaluate your particular situation.
