There seems to be some confusion here. The song titled "Dzend kaghtsr unis" is by Sayat Nova, however this is not that song. This is a folk song "Vakhenam knem".
I can't believe it, even if almighty Google says so ... You know why? The dialect is different, does not sound like the language that Sayat Nova spoke. Just compare with the other known Sayat Nove poems. Sayat Nova's language is always recognizable: it is like Shakespeare or Pushkin, once you know the style you can not be mistaken;)
Guys whenever I want to listen 'sayat nova', a guy pop up and says 'this is not real sayat nova', and another one follow him: this is turk music, he is not real armenian' etc. Come on, you CAN make a PLAYLIST for REAL ARMENIAN MUSIC.

Profound respect for this wonderful armenian song. Dear Armenian people, I really admire your culture and especially Arudjun Sayadian, who was the true ''Petrarka from Caucasus''. I told about his verses to many men. I also know about your sufferings through history, for my, serbian people also suffered a lot.
