Insurance makes money when it gets you the cheapest effective medication, which is natural remedies. Compare that too drug companies that make money from you being sick+FDA passing there drugs(Drug companies fund the FDA starting a decade ago).
Natural remedies do better/same job as a drug, but it doesn't have bad side effects.

By passing the Health care bill that Democrats want, will do one of two things.
1) They will waste trillions of dollars(print or borrow) giving people free health care.
2) They will take money from successful people/businesses and use that to pay for health insurance. This will effectively create massive unemployment as people will have no money to spend and cannot expand business.
Another bill on reform for health care. Its nice to see that obth sides are working and new reform is coming but I rather see some details on this plan and also when will this reform become law so we can have national health care or at least have health insurance companies compete nation wide so overall prices for health insurances and cost and RX drugs can go down.

The most important part of this reform passage is the Congressional Budget Office or CBO. If they come out and say that this is not deficit neutral then its not going to pass and its going to scare off those conservative Democrats. Still its important is how to pay for it, there will be taxes of some kind the rich for pay for. Has to be and also like I said it has to be deficit neutral and the CBO will determine how this bill comes out.

I agree. But the insurance companies are not to blame. Blame the drug companies. Drug+FDA create a monopoly by the use of a "patented drug", and its unfortunate that they profit from you staying sick.
Insurance makes money when it gets you the cheapest effective medication, which is natural remedies. Compare that too drug companies that make money from you being sick+FDA passing there drugs(Drug companies fund the FDA starting a decade ago).

"We can't afford healthcare", huh? Yes. I believe it is true that we cannot afford to live. We don't deserve it. How could we? The problem is that we are a nation of consumers. All we ever do is suck up resources. We couldn't afford the Iraq War, but you still supported that. Difference though with health care is that while it's expensive... you make the money back... it's meant to make money in the long term. Instead of always living on the brink what's wrong with investing in a more successful future? You don't make the money back with war.

Now that I've said that I don't support Iraq War, Let me answer your question.
By passing the Health care bill that Democrats want, will do one of two things.
1) They will waste trillions of dollars(print or borrow) giving people free health care.
2) They will take money from successful people/businesses and use that to pay for health insurance. This will effectively create massive unemployment as people will have no money to spend and cannot expand business.

Another bill on reform for health care. Its nice to see that obth sides are working and new reform is coming but I rather see some details on this plan and also when will this reform become law so we can have national health care or at least have health insurance companies compete nation wide so overall prices for health insurances and cost and RX drugs can go down.

Another attempt by Obama for the govt to seize another sector of our economy. None of the reforms in the latest Baucus bill are free market reforms. He's raiding billions from Medicare and creating billions more in new taxes to pay for it. This will cost the average American family an additional $4,000 a year in increased premiums.
Most Americans are against the govt takeover of our health care. Our country is almost bankrupt and creating another govt agency is the last thing we need to do.

Do you know during the great depression the communist party was gaining strength due to the desperation of the people.FDR was called a traitor to his class.But his actions most likely saved us from the communist taking over. Progressive =/= communism.Most other democracies have more of a socialistic element than we do and are still free. I am a conservative Republican but some things are run better if they are socialized. Health care is on of those. All other democracies have socialize medicine.

I would like a single payer but we may have to settle for better regulation of the insurance companies. Sometimes things have to be done incrementally. The public option is a compromise , less than a single payer but more than just better regulation of private insurance companies. But even it is going to be hard to pass.

The most important part of this reform passage is the Congressional Budget Office or CBO. If they come out and say that this is not deficit neutral then its not going to pass and its going to scare off those conservative Democrats. Still its important is how to pay for it, there will be taxes of some kind the rich for pay for. Has to be and also like I said it has to be deficit neutral and the CBO will determine how this bill comes out.
