I know one really REALLY bad English anime dub. The English dub of "Macross Do You Remember Love?" which is more commonly known as "Clash Of The Bionoids" is horrible (But funny at the same time)! Was supposedly dubbed by English speaking people from Hong Kong...

There are also bad English video game dubs. The first one that comes to my mind is Mega Man X4. Then there is also Chaos Wars. Never played that game, but I've seen some footage and it makes me cry.

If you listen close, its Amuro Ray's english voice actor, (only really shows up when he's really pissed off so I suggest lookin at either lockon's death scene aftermath, or setsuna vs Ali Al Sacches. Either show him get pumped up mad), I also noticed that there's a similarity between the Alvatore mobile suit and the Hyaku Shiki, both are gold, both dont got shields, and both are piloted by a person who is good at one time and bad the next. Char goes bad, goes good, and (I belive) goes bad again
