@smaa112 nothing! The only thing it will do is switch around your apps and forget all of your wifi connections. You will see them but u have to pick the wifi network instead of it auto-connecting.

I just had this problem with my iPhone 4 earlier. It must have happened because earlier today, I had a cross country workout that I had to do in heavy rain. After the workout, I put my damp clothes back into my bag. I laid them over the top of my jeans, right on top of my front pockets. Apparently, some of that moisture must have seeped into the dock connector, thus causing this problem. But, some spraying of compressed air and some scraping with a toothpick solved the problem!

@saxman112 Same here... I left my phone in my wet jeans (it was raining today mind you, I didn't pee myself) and I kept getting this annoying pop up. I liked your idea with the toothpick, I picked out some lint from the dock area and blew it a few times and voila my sound works no more pop up :)

Switch off

Clean the earphone jack with cottonbud

Clean the charger jack with toothbrush

Blow all the jack for bout 5 minutes

Switch on

Reset Setting
