  • In Brazil it is not right to speak 'amorr'. It is spoken with a single 'round' R sound in the end.

  • @DecoPage666 In Sao Paulo it's like the English R, in some states it's like the Spanish R or German R

  • really...slow down and annunciate the words please. (doubt I'll be asking about money somebody lent to my brother)

  • really...slow down and annunciate the words please.

  • I love your videos, they're so calm and relaxing! I could listen to them all day.

  • @flyingkatproductionz hi I am Brazilian,I need help in my English, we can learn

  • me gusto mucho, es muy parecido al espanol

  • O Portugues e um idioma muito bonito!

  • I agree that it's very fast, specially for the ones (like me) who start learning this language. BUT if one is preparing a travel there and intends to understand what the people say in the streets, then it's logical to listen to the language spoken at the normal speed.

I have bought several phrasebooks and as a French speaker knowing other Latin languages, I don't find thisso difficult to follow but it's necessary to rewind and listen 2 or 3 times to grasp the pronunciation and words.

  • wayyyyyyyyy too fast

  • thank you so much for this video, but could you try to speak slower please? Its just i have portugase/brazzilan friends who came here to england for there holiday yesterday and i couldnt understand a word they were saying!

  • thankyou, my friends.

  • the Portugal and the Brazilian portuguese is like the UK english and the USA english. same writing, different accents

  • absolutely i repeated everything in my accent acoriano which is totally different but still understood, obviously @Juisehost

  • Muito bom o video.Meu marido e australiano e esta adorando!

    :) obrigada

  • obrigada

  • Gente.

Se formos ao norte do Brasil ao sul oque é diferente é a sotaque, a accent...

Em Portugal é a mesma coisa, um pouco diferente, algumas palavras, vc tem que acostumar o ouvido, mas num vem me falar que não enende nada que ai o problema já é auditivo mesmo!

  • Hique, thanks for the reply. The fact that YOU as Brazilian do not understand Portuguese from Portugal does not make the rule. There are many Brazilians who understand Portuguese from Portugal without difficulty. Sure the accent is different but once you get used to it, you can converse with someone from Portugal.

  • "newdrummer67," just laughing at you Colombian son of a bitch. colombia? what country is this? is the country's guerrillas and of drug trafficking? that the economy depends on the drug? is the country what is dominated by the FARC? What shit of country!!! LOL ... LOL ... LOL ...

  • @MrBRpower , shut up and go play your video games, drummer has a point.

  • any question ask ím portuguese

  • voce chupa meu pinto hoje

  • Obrigado!! This is very helpful.

  • Obrigado !

  • Brazilian Portuguese is STILL Portuguese except that Brazilian Portuguese the pronuniciation differs a bit as well as a few words. If you were to ask someone from Portugal to read a letter written by a Brazilian, s/he would have no trouble. Likewise for the Brazilian. However, their pronunciation of the words would be a little different. The perfect analogy is American English vs British English. Both are English with slight differences that any1 fluent in the language would easily pick up.

  • Portugal portuguese, in fact, is the same as Brazilian portuguese, but even though I'm brazilian, I can't understand any Portugal portuguse word when they speak! It's like if they're speaking another language oO

  • you can see that it's narated by brasillian, different accent
