  • Just friends, but not really.

  • the truth is told here

  • did you guys knew that james dean imitate this guy right here. sorry for my spelling all the best to you all!

  • It never ceases to amaze me that whatever I'm feeling, there's an eerily relevant Chet Baker song out there.

  • I am Hooked on Chet. Don"t Exactly Know Why.

  • I love hearing Chet sing the uptempo Happy.... Sad Song occasionally. Fell in love with his solo on Shipbuilding with Elvis Costello many years ago and discovered just how wonderful and soulful his music is and will always be.

  • I LIKE THE SONG, BUT NOT JAZZED UP

  • gato jazz....

  • Chet Baker Forever

  • 0 dislikes because everyone loves this. This shit's timeless.

  • @maxhornung you really need a life

  • what a handsome man with a beautiful voice!!

  • To "ztarrfect"; thank you, brother, as we are all brothers and sisters on this tiny ball, and Chet, and Mays and Metheny and Miles and Cocker and McLaughlin and all of them tell the story, most visible when reading between the lines...

  • Easy to say "what a loss - due to drugs", and that's also true, as it is that routes of diversion also made life bearable for many great pioneers in jazz, blues, etc. How can anyone who hasn't been there know what it must be like to be at odds with a world so beautiful that is unseen and under-appreciated by the many? Genius is very seldom appreciated until someone is gone, and musicians in general are still seen as superfluous by the many. Commerce glosses over the real in favor of a flavor....

  • @virginian2331 you could make a jazz song to what you have written

  • A terrible waste and a terrible shame. Such a natural talent. Gone, because of drugs..

  • I know this song from Chris Allen. :) both rendition are amazing

  • Well, let´s face it: Sinatra´s voice is better to sing this song. But I like Chet Baker.

  • love

  • everybody has lived that

  • My dads a real fan and he introduced me to Chet Bakers music today. I gotta say ... I love it!

  • Love this song. But in a sense it is odd : the lyrics is sad but the music delivers a felling of happiness.

  • @joelhercas I've always thought the same thing about this song. It's supposed to be a little sad and yet you wouldn't mind swinging you know. I love it just about any way it's done. And Mr. Baker does a fine job!

  • story of my life.

  • cool transition from trumpet to piano - they are really listening - thanks for posting

  • chet is wow i can't think of any words to describe. Charlie Parker made this song awesome, but Chet singing it is literally FLAWLESS. Amazing.

  • This is the greatest male jazz singer.

I love Just Friens and That Old Feeling. Both musics are priceless. They are perfect in his voice.
