  • even 6 plates of the same size, pick it up or roll in on a 2 and1/2 pound plate

  • hotness... =)

  • Pick the weight off of the ground douche nozzle

  • bend your fuckin knee brooo your gonna snap your shitt upp!!!

  • how old is this guy? he is not impressive

  • derka derka derka!!!! bitch tits.

  • I can only do two reps of this! I is sad...

  • this weight with straps????? and reverse grip with straps????????

  • no need for reverse grip if your lifting with straps

  • nice lifts i can only do 405lbs at a bodyweight of 157.5lbs for two reps at the moment, but one suggestions for building back strength is using negatives on your deadlifts, i do it, i slowly bring down the weight to ther ground then up again.

other than that very nice lifts :) keep up the good work :)

  • For you guys wondering why he starts off the rack, its probably because he has a lifting partner. Not everyone is going to be pulling 405 for sets and racking the bar makes it much easier to add/remove weight.

Good lift, forget the haters... most of the kids who post shit can't even pull 3 plates for a single.

  • Fuck the advise. Ronnie coleman bounces the weight when he deadlifts without ever having injury and um, he was 8 time olympia

  • coleman is a bodybuilder..........deadlifting, traditionally is a power lifting movement. wouldnt it make more sense for you to reference a competing powerlifter.

  • @nardo363636 coleman has a powerlifting backround . many bbers had powerlifting backgrounds to begin with. Hence their massive lifts... coleman lifted 805lbs or something for 2 reps 2 weeks out of olympia , not even a competitive powerlifter could do that with the calorie deficits coleman was probably on

  • @OMGlookitsays666 When your copetition weight is just under 300lbs and your body is filled with high amounts of Test and other AAS liftin 805lbs once or twice with a "powerlifting" background isnt that impossible to believe. I respect Ronnie Coleman for what he has done in Bodybuilding and for his recreational powerlifting lifts which are great but when referencing powerlifting technique and form why dont we stick with actual powerlifters? ie. Ed Coan maybe? Larry Pacifico? The westside guys.

  • @OMGlookitsays666 and with deadlift suit, knee wraps and belt size of truck tire. Kind of forget to mention this part huh?

  • @OMGlookitsays666 he's roided up dude obviously he's gonna be able to lift that much his test is still ridiculously high

  • lol look at the nigga at 33 seconds

  • bitch tits big time, I think you need to get it removed

  • nice lift

  • i can dead 610lbs raw at 13 years of age no straps

  • @13andincrediblycut what a wannabe... -.-

  • @13andincrediblycut you are a douche.....

  • @Counted1 Why?

  • @13andincrediblycut beacause you only post bullshit.... a 13 year old kid at 210lbs puling 610 raw that is just retarded to even say.....

  • @Counted1 I deadlift 615lbs raw any ways. It's not 610. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut ohhh, so it was 615 and not 610, well then off course il belive it.......

  • @Counted1 I moved up in weight since the last few weeks, pat. :)

  • fuckk was that likee 4 plates? im 15 & I could only hit the 2 plates & 35's like 3 or 4 times..

  • Rack pulls dont counttttttttttt

  • Stop fucking smashing the weights you fucking douchebag. everybody hates the person who does that. just fucking control the weight.

  • @djrakim05221 When you are hitting big weights u dont care about what people think u you just want to be as strong ' or as muscular depends on goals' as u can ultimatly be , u dont give a fuck about sound it makes,,, Look at Ronnie Coleman,,, he CANT shut his mouth at the gym,,,, but he's the beast ! :p

  • Thats one fucking strong indian...way to go pajee.

  • rofl at putting it back, jeezuz are you insane?

  • haha uhm wear shorts?

  • not ripped tho his brown its hard to get ripped but his hella strong tho

  • u shouldnt bounce it off the ground, start from a dead stop, tougher that way though...

  • im 20 n i can do 495 for sets of 12. haha n weigh 170

  • @infinityg35jayne big deal, your still a small guy.

  • ...are you serious i can do this bare handed and im 17...

  • keep it up bro u seem strong fu k the haters there probably fat lard asses

  • bouncing off the ground... STRAPS.. gay

  • ye of the ground.. which is why its called a DEADlift .. from the ground.. idiot!

  • @nathwoz89 good but yeah start from ground.

  • lol ur a joke

  • this guys is pretty big

  • The reason folks that hes racking the weight is because his fatass cant take off a few plates from the ground.

  • Bad form>smooth muscles> eating too many carbs

  • pwned

  • That is by far the worst form I have ever seen on a deadlift.. you're gonna pop a fuckin blood vessel in your head my man..

  • Do u feel good abt urself now?

    DUMBASS

  • bitch tittys ! haha

  • Lockout needs work

  • nigga nice work

  • hahhaahahaha, gyno!!!

  • This is like a how not to deadlift video.

I can't see how lifting with form like this will lead to anything other than an injury.

  • KILLER CHEST DOOD!!

    i mean.. tits.... :|

  • how much you weigh

  • Ya dude start the lift from the ground and after each rep let the weight stay on the ground for a few seconds and then do the lift. Your not getting the full lift if your just bouncing the weight around.

  • terrorist..

  • straps are cheating

  • amen. if you can't grip it, you can't rip it.

  • straps are cheating...the deadlift is supposed to work your hands and grip in general almost as much as your back and legs. its like leg pressing instead of squatting. faggot

  • that was pretty good but you should start the weight on the ground, not the rack.. and after each rep, don't bounce it off the ground. let it sit on the ground for a second or two before you do your next rep.

  • good call. hence the meaning of "dead"lift.

  • @bright5086200 that kind of weight doesnt bounce dude, those are full extensions and they are harder because your constantly engaging the muscles.

  • @lozerkidkp I understand but seriously your first rep should be from the ground. using a power rack to deadlift is not good. Its like those fuckers who curl in the power rack.

  • @bright5086200 look closely, the weight does rest on the ground for most of them, but yeah he should wait for a second or two.

  • @bright5086200 u cant bounce 405 pounds off the ground u fuck

  • @GymMonkey666 You mad bro? BTW, bouncing. IF you even know how to lift. Is when you don't pause at the bottom of each rep. Its when you use momentum as in bouncing to get more reps. If know when your bouncing if the 1st rep is harder than the 2nd 3rd and 4th rep(s). And why is my comment rated the highest? Go back to your mommas nipple. Your not man enough to even be lifting. O and buy some vagisil with it. Bye Bye

  • @bright5086200 fair enough

  • good form good lift, dont listen to morons who dont know anything about weight lifting.

  • mega gyno hit up the adex.

  • Good job bro. There are various forms of deadlifts...sumo, rack, etc. Deadlifts are a compound exercise, thus can be used to target different areas. Use the straps for stability, grip strength really depends on your goals, whether powerlifting or bodybuilding. Continue improving your form....

  • lose the straps, work on grip strength there buddy

start from the bottom, it's called a deadlift for a reason, it's lifted from a dead stop

  • ur an idiot.....he started from the bottom, his first rep, he lowered to the ground and went back up, he doesnt have to start on the ground....goodamn dude, not only that, the straps dont make it easier, he just uses them to be sure the weight wont slip, not a big deal using straps.

  • no he started at the top....notice how he walks the weight back.... that would mean he started at the top of the movement.... straps do make it easier... you don't have to worry about losing your grip..... its a whole new ball game when your only using chalk which will not let the weight slip either.... he has a problem with his grip.... losing the straps and picking up chalk will let him work on the grip strength which will help with all of his other upper body lifts....

    case and point

  • There was no need to critisize Mike, he did it right and who cares if he has straps.

  • there is a reason to criticize, b/c without criticism we would think that what we are doing is right/correct/perfect. the world needs assholes like me to tell it like it is. and clearly things that need to be said. he needs to work on grip strength, his knees are caving at the bottom of the movement, putting unneeded stress on his joints and frankly i would be critiquing something about his form had we had a side shot. people need to know where they could improve and how to do so

    case and point

  • Well then, let me critique your comment. When you say his knees are caving in I assume you mean bending because they are definatly not going towards each other from watching the video. When you go down, your goal is for your upper leg to be close to parallel to the ground so there is no stress on the spine. did he do that? yes , he was pretty parallel. Second, Grip strength is very genetic. Even though I dont use wristraps, i might if im going for something around 500 pounds for safety reasons.

  • when i say caving i mean caving not bending. his knees were getting closer together at the bottom and yes i know that ur legs bend but even when you drive up w/ your legs, you still will put stress on your lower back b/c the legs are the starting point than thus making the back pull have u ever seen a powerlifting event? are they allowed straps?? nope b/c it makes it too easy. u don't own the weight until you can hold it by yourself. also if u train ur grip, 500 pounds won't be as bad as u think

  • The only reason the may be getting closer together is because of this guys size. Same with me, at 240 lbs, and 6 feet, it is hard to keep your knees perfectly aligned. And what are you talking about, I compete in bodybuilding and powerlifting events. I understand they dont allow straps. To me, if this guy was a powerlifter, he would not be doing 7 reps, instead going for 4 or 5. You are mixing up bodybuiding and powerlifting. Straps allow to work the heaviest on the back.

  • And one more thing, there will alwayyyss be a lot of stress on lower back. That in fact is the reason many bodybuilders do this excersize, not so much for lats, but for lower back too. And no, I will never go above 500 pounds with out straps and i already told you it was for safety reasons. I have broke my ring finger and pointing finger in both hands from football, so yes, i will always use straps. And its not being a pussy, its doing wat my goal is set to do, get a more detailed lower back.

  • but there are so many more exercises that isolate the lower back more than deads. and yea i know that deads work the lower back. actually its the entire posterior chain, and i'm sorry that u broke 2 fingers playing sports. also i never called u a pussy i'm just saying that if u train ur grip it will help with other muscle groups and exercises.... lastly u should look at all the major power lifters, they don't use straps, but bodybuilders do, i use them only to set rep PRs, but rarely

  • Alright mike, you are completely wrong on this one. The overall best back and lower back lift will always be the deadlift. Trust me on this one, just like Squat goes to legs, Bench goes to chest, barbell curls to biceps,, deadlift go to back. You talk to any serious bodybuilder(not powerlifter) and ask them the #1 exercise for lower and overall back improvement and they will say deadlift. The deadlift is sometimes said (other than squat) to be the most important lift for overall body development

  • true i love the DL, it really beats my body to living shit, but i have to say for lower back i would say that good mornings and seated goodmornings are king. i do however agree that the deadlift is one of the #1 back exercises, but everyone has their own preference, abilities and weaknesses, all of which require different training and exercises, but again i have to say that seated and standing good mornings are #1 for lower back

  • well keep doing them if they work for you

  • Lets see u post a deadlifting video on how perfect your form is there big guy

  • id say the bitch tits are more or less extra fat on the pecs. dont look like gyno

  • u couldve done more if u started off from the floor

  • roids make some dudes think they r special.

  • jealous

  • dude and Im not a hater those were nice reps

Im just not sure why you start from the rack.

  • @rockhard2407 yeah, i was wondeing that to.. putting it back i could understand though.. makes it easier to take the plates off :)

  • @rockhard2407 yeah taking those two steps back unracking it has got to be dangerous. start from the ground. always

  • @rockhard2407 maybe because sometime weights are very low to the ground so u need to pull up the bar a little to put each plates so when ur about to do deadlift,, ur back is already dead.... well thats what happen for me idk him.. maybe..

  • @rockhard2407 you cant put 4plates of the same size on a bar laying on the ground.

  • @Jograndable I do it all the time.

  • short arms

  • nice bitch tits

  • lol he doesnt bounce..

  • This is DEADlift so it should start from the floor moving a DEAD weight.

Why use straps and mixed grip?

  • It's more proper to use straps so that way your hands which are probably sweaty, don't slip off the bar, giving you a better grip.

The mixed grip helps as well , and it's just the most proper way to lift without hurting yourself.

  • No! ya dont use straps!!!

A little chalk maybe. and geeeeezzzzz Start from the floor!

  • yea buddy i'd like to see you do 405lb deadlifts, he's lifting them well, you're supposed to use mixed grips and switch off every set, he's hitting the floor every rep and lifting with good form, stop criticizing if you don't know what you're talking about.

  • oh 4 time NYS state champ "I Know"

and I said it was great just im not sure why he starts from the top, from a rack.

  • ALl you haters fuck off

    Nice lifts

  • AMEN!!

  • I have seen all your vids. Great steagth! I cant deadlift, never could get over 405 for 2. My back is has had to many injuries. MP is good too! I am toe to toe with you on benchpress!

  • shit this guys got some huge titties

  • steroid ediot bitch tits no body just lifting weight like donky

  • lol gandu

  • nig that aint no warm up look at yo face

  • bitch did i say that was a warm up..

  • @bigbadankit lmaoo true that bro

  • @bigbadankit thats not a deadlift...your bouncing the weight...go play basketball where you belong.

  • @bigbadankit HAHAHAHA OWN3D

  • @rundmcrun25 a full set u cry to move it from the ground !

  • if you want to get a better burn rest the weight on the floor for 1-2 seconds rather bouncing it off the floor ;)

  • So you saying that there are very few people on this planet who do not lift from a dead position, yeah your right there are a lot of people who would lift in a bouncing manner because they are looking for the easy way out, and the people who lift in raw form, are far better weight lifters.....and I will hold you up for a 407 X 7rep in raw form...I will personal send you the vid.

  • Just look at my video of 405X6 in the video responses and you will see that I use far more bounce than bigbadankit does. I can do a legit 405X3 from a fully dead position without question though and a single of around 450 or so right now I would say.

bigbadankit's form is not too bad especially for such heavy weight. He's very strong, you have to give him that.

  • Hes Punjabi...

    go on!

  • , 3 why the hell are you racking the weight, there is no need, load the bar from the floor, you are wasting a lot of energy racking the weight, and your legs seem to come in on the lifts, you will only injury your self if you left in this manner..

  • ok i can see a couple of problems with them deadlifts, 1: its called a dead lift so every time you pick the weight up its dead off the floor, but you are bouncing the weight from the floor 2 : if you can't hold the weight with out the straps for 5 reps, than the weight is to heavy for you and you need to work on grip strength

  • It's not always a matter of grip strength alone. Sweat will make your grip go even if your grip is strong.

  • yes i agree, sweat will make your grip weak, thats why people use chalk, i can understand people using straps if your performing 1 reps or p.b, but not when your completing multiple reps

  • Yes, chalk is the best. I don't even know if straps add a significant amount of aid beyond the chalk. I prefer chalk and a belt, although I sometimes do use all three.

  • iraqi

  • " Be sure 2 check out my next video - where i bench five hundred and five pounds followed by eating that equal amount of weight in dohnuts"

Those breasts dont grow on trees you no....

  • good stuff

  • looks like your are dropping the weight to the floor a bit, just b careful cos its a bit sudden. When I deadlift I keep it smooth and don't drop it but whatever works for you I guess. Nice vid though I enjoyed it.

  • Maybe it's because I don't wear a belt , But un-racking the bar from the squat rack at mid thigh level feels just wrong to my back , so I always start from the floor ..unless I'm using one of the racks to do stiff leg deads ...I' weak on deads I only get 500x4 at 230lbs and 405x5 stiff leg all the way to my feet. I could probably do more ,but I don't use wraps or chalk ...I don't use chalk b/c I forget to bring it ,and no one else seems to dead lift at my gym .

  • bigbadankit - great lift! 405 for 6-8 is my short term goal right now.

biggunspilar - how can you judge his form from that angle? lol.

  • the whole point of a deadlift is you are lifting dead weight, by any means neccessary, yes there are certain things u should be mindful of in your form, but i thought his form was pretty good

  • Nice job starting out of the rack n not de-weighting

  • my friend whit that back posture u'll be celebrating u'r 40's birthday on a wheel chair...focus....and u have to do something about that boobs...heil

  • Wtf is wrong wit my form..

  • Good job bro. represent ppl will always talk shit they are computer chumps and can't lift half that.

  • Comment removed

  • @bigbadankit

your form is solid brother, no worries, just keep the neck down so the spine is neutral, thats the only thing that is making my back cringe right now.

  • @bigbadankit too hunched over.. try to keep you back straight or lighten the weight.. compression in the spine or torn ligaments are not fun.. but good job other wise.. Chest flys and dips my friend (not only cosmetic but you'll have a stronger chest.)

  • It is mainly for your lower back muscles

  • You should be moving at least 600 for a single with your bodyweight

  • for what muscle is that?

  • mtothe4, deadlift is probably the ultimate compound lift, it works many muscles ( lower back, quads, glutes, traps, errectors, even a little bit of lats and other upper back muscles). Screw the negative comments, that was some good lifting.

  • good form
