Further, the UN has ALREADY decided - that's what the previous UN ceasefire resolutions were about. So you cannot claim that the US is not acting under the colour of international law.

Actually, it hasn't. That's why US forces are in Iraq under security council resolution 1723. From a UN press release:
"SECURITY COUNCIL EXTENDS MANDATE OF MULTINATIONAL FORCE IN IRAQ UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 2007, UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTING RESOLUTION 1723 (2006)."

Sk, if you set the fire that the firefighters keep having to risk their lives for, or if you commit the crime that policemen have to risk their lives for - you can hardly be supporters of them. When you question the patriotism of those from a different country who have children, fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters risking their lives for a war - you can go to hell if you think we don't have the right to ask questions and demand answers.
