Therefore, between your wheatgrass shot and your "salad" with barely any greenery on it, you're getting VERY little nutritional content. I'm sorry to say, you'll just have to start eating straight up, full, fruit and vegetables if you want to stay healthy. Shots of grass juice just aren't cutting it. If you want to challenge this, please link me to some actual scientific studies regarding the nutritional content of the stuff. Good luck.
@babamuna66 There is simply no scientific research to back up the health claims of wheatgrass juice. Wikipedia "wheat grass" and go to the Health Claims section. You're better off just eating a little spinach. Or any other green vegetable.
I applaud the drive towards better health, but you should google "Wheatgrass - still can't digest it." A few main points. 1) If you look at the ACTUAL data on wheatgrass, it has VERY little nutrient content (about 7% of your DV of vitamin C, and nothing else). This is why cows have to eat a ton of grass to stay alive. 2) Even still, it's nearly impossible for humans to digest properly - it needs days of fermentation before the body can work with it.

Great video. For some reason when you make a video like this I think of the live shows you use to do. Thanks for taking us along.
