Does anybody know how they achieved this blur overlay kind of soft effect in this anime? Ive been trying to find some tutorials that allow u to get this effect in photoshop but not much luck so far. Any help will be appreciated. I love this effect.

There` about 25 episodes in the series,and it is still going on. You can it on Direct tv`s ifc at friday nights at 11:30pm.

24 episode dvd(great ending) 4 manga book by masaki segawa (real good) and the real book the kouga ninja scrolls made by futaro yamada (i dint read it but it look great). any question go see in wikipedia for basilisk and they will give everyting you need (exept for the dvd and books you need to pay)
