My easy way was to PIT him into da sherman dam and then when his car is floating and hes inside pump his car full of bullets itll blow up and u pass da mission :)

it dusnt work on pc, but i found anuther way :D shoot at his cars tires, n then follow him in the buggy. but he cant drive fast cos of the tires, n u simply get out n shoot his car! then he gets out n all u hav 2 do is kill him
