The state and federal govenment are shutting down Farmers Markets everywhere. When we were in Arkansas they shut the one in Cotter down. It was our favority. The FDA is a criminal organization that is forcing the common citizens to be slaves to their system of corporate farms.
..."The Tragedy of The Private"... (Well, take a look around you...)
There appear to be good arguments that seem to suggest that the so-called 'Tragedy of The Commons' may not necessarily fulfil that prophecy due to some flawed assumptions and preconditions in its argument...
"Modern industrial civilization has developed within a certain system of convenient myths... that private vices yield public benefits... a society that is based on this principle will destroy itself in time"
Krishna cursorily mentioned somethings about land-ownership, which I think is the crux of any meaningful social change, because I suspect that where probably any kind of elite or privileged land-ownership is allowed, the system is doomed from the start. Ostensibly, a large reason why we are in the predicament we're in is the result of this dynamic of limited private interests' control over land/resources and from that, labour.
What people don't commonly realize is that they themselves actually use linux every day. Linux is in phones, PDA's and Google itself. Every search you perform on Google you are using linux. There simply is no reason for any proprietary system anywhere other than marketing, and that is simply what you get with those systems, a marketing decision
I once came across the 'innovation' argument for proprietary systems, but I'm unsure that even that's valid-- depending, to be charitable, on some systemic/economic/cultural/etc. conditions.
Drug abuse or not, industrial hemp is a product that can deal with many of our building and fuel needs. It does not have a level of THC that works as a drug period.
The other point is that if you use clean growing and field control we can have a HUGE amount of building products and fuel with no damage at all.
Then you plan to use the land in rotation with the hemp crop that improves the land to grow good veggies then you get the best of both worlds.
@scarmenl Great points. Also most people don't realize that the only reason hemp was made illegal was because of lobbying by the logging industry. Hemp was used to make rope, cloth and building materials at a much cheaper cost. The only way to get rid of hemp was to make it illegal, The only way to make it illegal was to lump it with it's cousin marijuana. Gotta love those lobbyists. :(
@mamacass1972, I agree with you, but hemp and marijuana is only slang-names for the plant Cannabis sativa/indica/ruderalis
The thing with industrial hemp is low thc, it's still the same plant, only a other strain. Some strains is good for industry(low thc) other for medicine(high thc). Both is highly valued for it's purposes. Peace friend :)
As a community we have to organize our own system for food and other basics, because the government is broken. We begin by more consciousness about the food we eat.
Please have a look at the Book " The Emperor Wears No Clothes" Hemp, Cannibus, is the cradle of civilization...I don't smoke it, I don't consume alcohol. I believe it should ALL be decriminalized. Destroying the Black Market economy.
People cannot exercise self control while they are malnourished....
Same here, I did not choose to try drugs because they were illegal, or not available, they were all around me growing up. I made a conscience choice not to take them. I also don't drink or smoke cigarettes even though my parents did.
I believe that the billions spent on the drug war, could be better spent on education.
It won't be spent on education..See George Carlin...you are only needed to be smart enough to run the machinery. besides, we the people are ENEMIES of the FED...War Emergency Powers Act
@pdsavage You have no clue it seems, get educated - No offense :)
Thing is when it's legal it WILL be regulated. When it's illegal NOTHING is controlled, mafia is controlling the demand and supply of it. Simple logic than more seem to see by now.. The drug war is FAILED.
@cohnkrad I agree, I have another way to explain this, with illegal drugs you have 4 main problems:
1) Abuse by users 2) 100s of Millions spent on fighting it, no tax revenue from sales 3) Criminal element ( drug lords etc.) 4) People less likely to seek help for addiction.
If drugs are legalized, only 1 of the 4 problems remains !! as pdsavage said himself, people will abuse legal or not. but by being legal we eliminate 3 out of 4 problems. the mafia spawned because of prohibition.
@gilgamesh1962, Yes 1 trillion actually in 40 years of failed drug war. But I agree with you on what you say :)
@impalapez, Yes this book is superb to read for the benefit that im talking about with hemp. Cannabis is humans BEST plant in every aspect plants used for. Tree Of Life!
Mike Ruppert suggests the drug money (including CIA connections with the Mafia) is keeping the U.S. economy afloat. The "drug war" was merely a cover for this activity...and control of drugs were a major reason for Viet Nam and now Afghanistan.
COOL!!!

Thanks, so great to hear this.. Future is now, and it's ours.
Might I suggest a talk about Cannabis as a medicine? and how this plant alone may help us with MANY of our problems worldwide.
Thanks again for the the time and effort making videos.
Legalize nature.

@cohnkrad
The proublem with legalizing Cannabis is that humans like with prescription drugs and alcohol they will abuse it.
1 in 5 teens has abused a prescription pain medication
1 in 5 report abusing prescription stimulants and tranquilizers
1 in 10 has abused cough medication
More than 30 percent of American adults have abused alcohol or suffered from alcoholism at some point in their lives.
Untill people learn some self control I say NO.
