Im still on my firt play and i've seen many mystic artes in normal, but only Caress of Death and Infernal Lord hit me(These artes have a problem agianst Repede)

well I think there is a deadline on the event to get the key item so I dont when it will end but the starting point is when you first enter Mantiac, just sleep in the inn in Mantiac a couple times and you should get an event with Estelle then get the momento

You need them to have the skill "Special" Yuri doesn't get it until he gets a certain sword (can't say it since it could be a spoiler) but all the others I am sure just get it from synthesised weapons.
