We're the only house on our block w/o 2 - 3 barking dogs locked in the backyard 24/7. It's unreal. I don't know what causes people to allow that. Sorry :(

i just typed in "i hate my neighbors dog" and this came up. glad i am not the only one who experiences 24/7 barking at the hands of RUDE neighbors who can't/don't want to control their animals... about to go crazy
