It was FAN Axess that costs money. Unless you got them used, SvR07 through WWE '12 CAME with Online Axxess.

Ah yes, SVR 06... also had the GM Mode before they f'd the feuds all up. Well... I guess to be fair, they were honestly trying to make it better... they just failed epically and never corrected the mistake.
