When I was building it I noticed how easily the blade would come in and out, for some reason there is some tension or rubbing and it doesn't fully extend on my unless I use a lot of force. I thought it was the ball bearings like they had something stuck in it but I cleaned it completely and it is still not working. It is as if the ball bearings are getting stuck by maybe the lock in the inner slide. Do you have any suggestions?

I really like this, but I feel like there should be some revisions that could trim the size down a bit. I think the biggest issue is how large it is, in comparison to the vambrace.

@drakkus70 Your locking pin might be pushing down too hard on the blade, making it hard for it to slide out. Try bending the pin a little more so that there's less tension.

How much force can you exert without it accidentally coming out? It doesn't appear to need much gravity, just wondering. do you mean a teflon washer? to prevent friction? for some reason i was thinking of another type of nut which has plastic in it to stop it called a locknut. you can use those. a keps might work in this situation also
