This is also where the word California came from. San Antonio, Las Vegas, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Diego. These are some of the biggest cities in U.S., and they are all Spanish, because Spanish were here first. Columbus sailed for Spain, so technically it was Spain who discovered the Americas.
