Very powerful. I understand how those teens feel, I was there once, and it lasted for about 4 years where I was just severely depressed and thought about suicide almost everyday. And I survived and I know anyone else can. I think this video says a lot. And what chisaiiokami said, you're not alone.
i survived, i was depressed and suisidal for 3 years, but i feel like it has some lasting affects, some nights i lie awake wondering what would happen if everything good in my life went away again.. i still have suicidal thoughts, but im not suicidal, i stopped cutting my self, but idk y i still think like that, dose anyone els have that problem?
who will be next? it will be me.
