free running is parkour. parkour is the french name in english they call it free running because people in the uk couldent say it or know wat it means.

Parkour is flips off high places and climbing and jumping, free running doesn't really include flips. That is just climbing and jumping.

no i think i know better because i do this. flips have notting to do with parkour or free running people just started to do flips because it was really cool to do them off things. parkour is not like that at ol parkour is jumping over things or getting over them. free running is the english name for parkour.
