@camobeast100 we need disease to have a chance at a perfect world. if there wasn't disease, then people wouldn't die off that quickly and the world would become overpopulated. there is a reason for disease. and also, most diseases are preventable. so if the person who made these diseases (im not saying god cuz i dont believe in him/her) didn't make most/some preventable, then yes it would be pretty cruel but a lot of disease ARE preventable!
