Ok, to clarify the confusion on Seiya's gender: In the manga, the three starlights(Seiya/Fighter, Yaten/Healer, and Taiki/Maker) were always girls(they crossdressed just as Haruka does). They were given male bodies(but only when they were not in senshi form) in the anime, and the manga creator didn't like it. The excuse the anime came up with was the male bodies were the starlights' forms on Earth.
