Yea that way is easier but if you don't have run this is the way to do it. Or if u want to do this at school because everything is locked u can do it this way.

1.start>run>cmd
2.startbutton(from keyboard)+R>cmd
3.like U did
4.Windows>system32>cmd ^^
After U start Ur cmd window hold down alt+ENTER and ta da hacker style ^^
Although the power in command prompt is very weak and it's probably the last thing to call hacking tool
C++/Java/Assembley/Visual C# and why not even Visual Basic are much stronger then the windows command prompt
and BTW good Video!!!
