There's a ninja swarm @ 1:15 and I was going to make a joke about them looking up the girls' skirts, but meh. I think they're holding the rails to make sure the surging fans don't accidentally turn themselves into free-range cattle. Often those rails are movable, though to me these rails look pretty sturdy if not permanent.
This would do well as a menu for a compilation disc if that is what you are using this for. Im curious how you'll distinguish your menu options from the text already on screen. Still for what you are working with this comes off well. What do you use to author your work in terms of software?
