She is not an Oncologist nor have a specialty in cancer. QTC is run by former VA secretary who was booted out. QTC should be charge under RICO law which intended to combat organized crime. I intend to sue them in the court of law.

QTC is an organized racket. Most of the doctors are misfit foreigners who will do anything to win a favorable decision for the VA. My cancer was in remission when the VA sent me to QTC. After I informed QTC Doctor, who is a graduate of Madars university of India, my cancer usually comes back every 4 month. She took my blood test felt my stomach and told the VA I am healthy. My cancer is back. She is a rehabilitation doctor
