  • OK, who else thought it was a little creepy when he pointed out Bowie's pubic hair in the photo...

  • I remember the first time I saw The Man Who Fell to Earth...So strange but eerie and beautifully shot. I loved it!

  • Mick Jagger is so UGLY sorry i had 2 say it 2 all his fans if he has any

  • cool

  • Mick Jagger was the Swinging Sixties made flesh. Along with his ragtag court of haute-bohemian gypsies like Marianne Faithfull and Anita Pallenberg, this son of a gym teacher and an Avon Lady was the embodiment of a high-low society that brought together models and photographers, plutocrats and aristocrats into one drugged-out, sexed-up jet-set happening.

This is what NYT New York Times wrote about Jagger.

  • Thanks for sharing this with us Bowie fans.. He deserves a lot of credit and I think he is a very successful artist. I would pay to see this come to Boston.

  • Are the pictures for sale? I soooooo wanna buy a still from performance it's possibly the greatest film of all time!

  • The Performance exhibition has been over for months, but they might still have images for sale at the drkrm gallery in Los Angeles. Their URL is at the end of the video.

  • WTF is "The man who fell to earth"???? With David bowie....

  • "Man Who Fell to Earth" is a 1979 sci-fi film directed by Nicolas Roeg with Bowie in the title role, an alien who crashlands on Earth and cannot get back home.

  • i love the man who fell to earth but i think performance is my favourite followed by don't look now, insignificance and eureka.

"after death, who's left holding the sodding baby.."

  • Social Services or the Grandparents. lol.

  • Excellent I am a big fan of Roeg's films, my fav would have 2 B TMWFTE. Some excellent stills there. Thank U 4 sharing. :-)

  • You're welcome. I think MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH is my favorite Roeg, too.

  • Nicely done little documentary. Shooting a gallery exhibition can seem deceptively easy but is difficult to do well, I think. I've always been curious about "The Man Who Fell To Earth" and after watching this I'm even more inclined to go out and get it one of these days, so thanks.

  • Glad you liked the video. As for "Man Who Fell to Earth," I think it's a great film, but it's a real mind-bender, not a straight ahead sci-fi flick. so keep that in mind if you rent it.

  • Cool, sounds like my kind of film.
