I thought this was limited to high school students, who knew? How did you find my vid? Did I catch your drawing on here?

Shadow: Okay, uh you just said you didn't know about College devision, so that means my art didn't appear in there. Which it didn't because I only see elementary, middle, and high school. That means YOU never went pass by there what so ever.

Plus they also annouced the winners in elementary, middle, high, and college when they give out the prizes, and also it's in the news paper sometimes. Especially if you look up Ocala's news site for it.

There is no need to get nasty about it. I did go by all the sidewalks that had art on them. I didn't know they were divided. I filmed a ton of the artwork, but I did miss the annoucements, if you won happy for ya.
