What I want to know is where the name "karoobi" came from. Could the guys who made this episode honestly not be bothered to look up the spelling and pronunciation of "Kuribo"?

@furrykef Karoobi is clearly a misprint of Kuribo. but Kuribo is actually the Japanese Name for Goomba, it was a mistranslation on the games which ended up calling the item Kuribo's Shoe

in the GBA version of SMB3, it was fixed so it was called Goomba's Shoe

I remember this song. I have this episode on VCR. Me and MY brother used to know all the action mario and luigi did by heart. everytime the scene with this song played we would jump, pretend to shoot fire balls and all that XD good times

I heard an instrumental version of it in Super Mario Bros. Super Show, it replaced the Danger Zone song on a episode (can't remember which).
