Nice surf. Takes some kahunas to hop in the steep holes.  Knowing best case scenerio, you'll get window shaded, and be able to roll back up in the hole, still surfin.

Very nice paddling. a good open boater is a pleasure to watch. I used to run with a group of open boaters on the chattooga a lot. There are quite a few good open boaters out there. You just have to know where to look :)

Just got an ocyee clone - would like to know do you rely on footrest and knee tubes, or do you also have slalom straps? (from rolling drop I suspect the later?)

I would also point out that the reason he is so good is that he understands how to use a low brace and he almost never removes his blade from the water. You might also notice that he doesn't paddle much, even in the heaviest water. These are the things that make his technique so much better than just about anybody elses.
