short the clip extreme, make it (german names, i have no idea how it's called in the english programm) 'einblenden zu weiß' and 'beruhigen'

than copy and paste the clip.

Amazing, your drawings are gorgeous. But, you really need to work on your lipsync, it looks as if you only did two frames on and off, no offense of course, but try work on it, tongue movement, etc. I love lip syncing, very fun.
