I've seen your blog. You've said that Peter James is not PJ Proby, and that you met Peter James at American Music and saw him record at United Western. What year, or years, was this? You also said he was a producer who wore an eye patch. What did Peter James produce and where can I find out more about it?
Wes is on vacation but asked me to let you know that this was in the very early 1960's when he was a staff writer there and also recording a lot of demos at the same studio (among others). We hope the real Peter James is alive, well, and that he will contact us! THEN WE WILL ALL KNOW! Christine
