  • swedes...

  • Stupidest shit in the world. What are they trying to prove. I hate water-skipping sleds.

  • norge forever <3

  • thats not even them

  • Do snowmobiles float?

  • @WoodrowTornado That would be a negative

  • @WoodrowTornado Is WoodrowTornado fucking retarded?

  • @WoodrowTornado Yes they do, they float on crystallized or frozen H2o.

  • I'd get so bored and end up doing something stupid then sinking

  • @markfreeman408 its pretty cool to actually see a comment from you.. you have great vids sir

  • @schnuper450 hey mark haha

  • @roCsnipe oh im not mark but markfreeman408 is mark or at least i think haha

  • @markfreeman408 bring your fishing rod

  • @markfreeman408 i <3 u

  • how didnt it blow up lol

  • @1991tommygun polaris, thats how

  • the track spinning keeps the sled afloat while pushing it across the water, the skis keep the front up. its tricky to steer and if you mess up and start bouncing the sled will slow and go under. Its not hard to do, my 12 year old races on water

  • How the fuck does a snowmobile get on water, sorry for my ignorance

  • Not very hard to go shorter distances in warm weather. Six or seven years ago a group of us sledded across Moosehead Lake Maine(NH made it illegal then) over 10 miles. My sled was a Viper with the Bender 835 motor but otherwise mostly stock except for a rolled chain case, tunnel extension & a 2"X 144" track. We duct taped over both sides of the cowl & belly pan openings. We crossed over 10 miles in less than 10 minutes & figured we averaged around 65 MPH. Wonder how long it took to go 38 miles?

  • @70scarrestoguy The commentator says he did it in 52 minutes and 54 second and he had a top speed of 92km/h (57mph) and a average of about 70km/h (43mph).

  • looks very deep there. Id say 200+ would usck to lose a sled in there

  • the record is over 110 miles

  • I'll bet you I can do that on a boat!!! $100???

  • @shortyjk95 I'll bet not LOL

  • Roseanne music

  • Thats it

  • could only imagine being on this wharf then noticing a skidoo just pull up

  • ja det måtte jo bare være en norske som klarte det seff :D

  • This was the day where everybody who owned a jetski and snowmobile killed themselves

  • who needs a jetski? lol

  • vi i sverige tycker det haär är skit! sådant här gjorde vi på 80talet efterblivna norgmän

  • Mark Maki Went 61 miles in the mid eighties in Elkhart, Indiana. Actually the course was a half mile oval, and unless you went from buoy to buoy you went further than that.

  • How is it a world record (I was watching with my iPod with no sound)

  • on rany lake somone whent farther

  • @akstudios36 was it documented?, if so theyd have the world record, and not this person. If this person has a world record that is

  • @yamahonkawazuki idk he got a ticket though look it up on google it is from th island view lodge in minnisota they whent all the way to kettle falls its a hour ride going 50-60 in a boat

  • @akstudios36 but this was a snowmobile the "record" was referring to however it went it was ballsy whether via boat or jetski or snowmobile. got to admit Eh?

  • @yamahonkawazuki o it is definitly ballsy he has bigger nuts than king cong

  • @akstudios36 for sure. hell on roads/tracks. if you start to lose it.you chop the throttle, and stop. this one you can do the same thing. but you sink lol

  • @yamahonkawazuki do you water skip

  • @akstudios36 did in a car. on a flooded road. yes somewhat different. but closest thing to it i guess. momentum keeps you going. more than anything else

  • @yamahonkawazuki i hace on dirt bike sled and truck

  • all you guys are on meth he put a cat motor in it duh otherwise he wouldnt have the power or the speed to make that far

  • @yz125rider12345 cat motor?

  • @yamahonkawazuki that was a Polaris american built twin cylinder

  • nice, norge <3

  • Var der og så på!!1 det er utrolig!!! :)

  • Pull

    Off

    Lake

    And

    Replace

    In

    Spring

    :)

  • @biggesthick18 yeah if your stupid ass was driving it you would have to pull it off the lake, cause you couldnt handle the power of a polaris my friend.

  • @SpotTheSteez yea true cause all the power from a polaris is used to get to the shop to get worked on . cause i dont got the time to be sitting at the shop waiting for it to be done thats why i ride brp my friend

  • @biggesthick18 bring rings and pistons buddy. i suppose the polaris just magically glided across this water with no help from a polaris liberty motor you dink.

  • @SpotTheSteez its breaks bud but it not true. and that sled probaly has a brp motor in it

  • @biggesthick18 yeah why would they put a canadian junk brp motor in it? then it wouldnt start.

  • @SpotTheSteez it wouldnt need to start to whoop the polaris's ass

  • @biggesthick18 actually yes it would need to start but by the time they got the mustard bucket going the polaris would have roosted the hell out of it and layed waste to the ski doo owner who is on meth for buying junk.

  • @SpotTheSteez even if you were on meth you wouldnt be stupid enough to buy a shitbox polaris bud

  • @biggesthick18 its funny how you try to put polaris down after watching this video and saying someone on meth wouldnt even buy one well aparntly smoking meth and buying polaris's helped this guy go across that water with ease. your an imbecile.

  • @SpotTheSteez yep it did help them but they had to put a brp motor in it to go that far

  • since when water is fucking WHATER?

  • 3 peoples are jealous because they bought an expensive boat before seeing this video

  • i cant decide if i want a jet ski or a snowmobile.... oh the snowmobile doubles as a jetski apparently.... ill get that

  • shut the fuck up ill eat ur shit

  • this is in Canada i saw it gineses world record it said it was in Canada

  • @hodopoo norway

  • thought this was the video where it showed dude gasin up from a boat while still driving on water. but its not :(

  • hvor er dette?

  • Completely stellar, that is SERIOUS distance riding in CHOP, riding glass water is one thing, but 60KM of chop, this dude has my props!

  • @DSTAR69ification agreed. 1000%

  • lol. just cruisin'

  • I can only imagine what someone standing on the banks were thinking. "Dude... Did you just see that snowmobile going up river?" His buddy prolly said "Dude... Stop smokin that shit. It's bad for you."

  • thing probly ran outa gas haha jk

  • screw jetskis when you got a snomobile!!!

  • @TheMuscleHamster77 screw both when u got a quad

  • no i know someone that went longer dbag

  • @kylejamesbergman is the video up?, seems everyone knows of someone who went further, longer, faster or higher, yet no one will psot a video of it. as a response or whatever . looking forward to seeing it.

  • SWEET! I've got 3 miles on the river but I don't really have any where else loznger to doit....I just recently got my helmet cam and I have a little water skippin vid on here but now that it's summer here in AK I've got big plans so we will see what happens! Watch my vids!

  • yeah its cool but alots changed since 2005

  • dum germans. that wasnt amusing. i thought they were gonna do it on a quad

  • henry bieda drove his sled 100 miles on open water in 1987 how was this video ever the record ? he also did it on an 87 skidoo safari that still sits at biedaspowersports an i think he reset the world record again at the age of 71

  • henry bieda drove his sled 100 miles on open water in 1987 how was this video ever the record ? he also did it on an 87 skidoo safari that still sits at biedaspowersports an i think he reset the world record again at the age of 71

  • thats insaine i can ride pretty far on my f8 but not that fuckin far lol

  • how fast do you need to go?

  • its not in the speed...its in the track..

  • you cant go 20 km/h on water, i asked how fast do you need to drive. like 50 -90 hm/h?

  • Unless you have GPS there is no way to tell. Because your track is saying you're going 60mph or 100km/h, and you're only going around 30mph on the water or so. I'm guessing

  • @ippielb He used a GPS, The cops read it before and after the ride...

  • @Rinden80 so theres a record of it through the dept?

  • Now he needs to do it pulling a skier

  • @youpolesmoker We have tried....

  • @Rinden80 what about a trailer?

  • @Rinden80 that would suck if the throttle slipped out of your hands and it sank

  • if i was in a boat and this shit passed me id be like wtf?!

  • @starshock01 i was fishing on a lake and car came driving by on the water i was like WTF its 1 of those hydrocars

  • @starshock01 i'd be f#$% this boat i need one of those

  • ya it was because no one on a artic cat is that dum to lose there sled

  • thats funny they were dum enough to buy one in the first place....sorry you opened a door there lol

  • cats dont liek water is the only reson.

  • Again, its a polaris. Dont know if anyone else has tried it but 38.4miles on sketchy water is incredible. BADASS

  • 38.4 miles on anything is amazing.

  • @backcountryder very true. i think this thing is far from stock. wonder how stock would do. i wish their motorcycles did decently.

  • @yamahonkawazuki it`s stock.just bigger fueltank..

  • Same shit, different name.

  • If that dude is driving on a Fjord I´m superimpressed. But it would also explain why he´s driving a Ski-Doo. The loss is less if it sinks. Hehe.

    Go Yamaha.

  • when you have an ski doo and al lake you don't more need an jet ski:P:D

  • lol i hate polars....lol goo team ski-doo

  • of cours it is on a polaris :P haha

  • it's norwegian you dumbass

  • wtf?, i didnt even get one word the narrater was saying like if ur gunna put a vid in french on a mostly english speaking site, convert it to english, but man nice vid, i wish i could do that some day.

  • its not that hard. all you need is a good sled and know how to water skip.

  • does anybody know the world record 2008

  • thats not even close to th record not even close!!!!

  • Inn 2005 it was... But not now.

    read the topp line.

  • @kylejamesbergman if ur tranna say thats not a world record. then try and beat it urself. wanna be's!

  • @kylejamesbergman ya your right that hes not even close, cause he beat it

  • ridin the best

  • ok ok ..

  • verdens record er 105,5 miles

  • ja.. men som du ser, kansje, er video`n fra 2005. å da var den godkjent.

  • On October 25, 2006, Henrik Lodin from Kramfors, Sweden, managed to beat the world record for a long distance run for a snowmobile on water. He drove his Polaris Dragon 600 H.O. '06 on the Angerman River. After 2 hours and 39 minutes, he was back, and the GPS showed 105.74 miles.

  • not even close to the record but nice video!
