How did you do that cool rain effect on the MG pic?

I used Womble mpeg2vcr to cut the single clips out of the shows and Ulead Video Studio version 10 to merge them together and to add the audio layer and the video effects to it. The rain effect is a standard FX in Ulead Video Studio.
