Great video! I learned some stuff. :) Didn't know Almond milk has less calories than skim milk, & love the way you did it all in a cup with a hand blender. Never had seen that done before. I think pudding mix has gluten, unfortunately, so I will have to be creative with this one. Thanks for posting!
