@jas108 I have the same problem in my checks and i was told its because one of my discs in my back is our do ice massages on your chest for 2 to 3 minutes at a time every 2 hours it will take alot of inflamation down and will help alot...also go see a chiropractor
This is actually a really great exercise if you are able to understand it. Many areas (including your thoracic diaphragm) move in a lemniscate motion (aka figure 8) and this exercise is a great way to try and free up rescrictions, and allow discociation between your diaphragm and the surround anatomy, integrating it with respiration. A very osteopathic view of the body - wonderful!
