People are afraid of Conservatives for the same reasons that the Pharisee were afraid of Jesus. Remember they hated our master first ! Palin in 2012 !
it's getting clearer the vast diff between the cons and libs agenda. while the cons work to build the country up, the libs want to retard it by catering to the unions, the illegals, the parasites who are in this great country. why? to get votes. that's all they care.
I wanna know what Dick thinks about Weiner ? Wait, did I just say that ? Never mind, that was way too gay for me ! And fuck you anyone who says different ! LOL
Obungles will try to divide and conquer with massive lies and more phony promises aimed to those who were stupid enough to vote for him the first time while they blind themselves to the disasters he's purposely caused.
When Obama came into office intent on transforming the U.S. into a French-style socialist system, he failed to tell Americans that it also meant French-style unemployment.
Some doubt the claim that the stimulus created or saved millions of jobs. With 10-20% unemployment (depending on the measure used), 80-90% of the potential workforce had jobs. Because every one of the 80-90% not fired could count as a job saved, one could consider the Dems conservative in claiming only a few million.
Can we please nominate someone with charisma ... maybe Rick Perry! The only way Obama wins is if the Republicans nominate someone plastic like flip-flopper Romney, shallow like Palin, or any religious right wing zealot (would easily scare away more than 50% of independents. We, the Tea Party, want a FISCAL conservative (and I personally want a social liberal) ... I want the government out of my wallet, bedroom, church, medicine cabinet, and kitchen!
@2think55 . A shallow like Palin, like you called her, has more "cojones" that most of the others that are playing with the idea to become the next President.. Bachmann comes second and Cain comes third. For sure, and considering that you are looking for a social liberal to be your favorite candidate, I have to say that you are among the minority. If you consider RICK PERRY A SOCIAL LIBERAL, I'm sorry to tell you that he will not succeed.
@MsMiriam321 I recently listened to Palin again, after a few months break, and she is still too hard to listen to and take seriously. She just doesn't have the skills to synthesize cogent paragraphs. It would be a mistake for her to run for prez, and a bigger mistake for the R party to pick her. Sorry, like her, but like Obummer, she's not the anointed one.
@scarecrowbike . It is obvious that you did not listen to Palin's speech in Wisconsin, and didn't see her on Fox news Sunday, and haven't read her books. Palin represent true American values in addition her passion and courage to be out there DEFIANT against the MSM makes her the back bone of America. She may not run but to find someone like her is not going to be easy!
@scarecrowbike Oh I got that, I was only making the point that with a descent speech Writer even Palin can sound like a Harvard Lawyer. But it isn't about how they sound. It is about the truth of what they say. Palin has proven to be a model of Conservative behavior. I'd vote for her on that alone. The fact that she kept a baby when all the Libturd Dr's told her to Terminate the Pregnancy. And the fact that she doesn't back down tells me she'd be a good President !
@hobo59 Palin doesn't back down, unless when she's actually serving in office. If she couldn't last 2 years as governor, she won't make it 2 months as president.
@smurfblood You might consider getting informed about why she actually left, before sounding ignorant. I won't bother trying to educate you about the subject, but you should consider actually finding out about someone before dissing them !
@hobo59 Palin quit her governorship because she was bored and wanted to spend more publicity-time/money-making-opportunities in the lower-48, but even if you take her excuse - some bogus lawsuits are not worth shrugging such a responsiblity. When the going gets tough Palin whines and complains (which she's good at), but her actions speak much louder than words. No flakes for 2012.
@scarecrowbike Herman Cain would do like any textbook businessman. Honestly, why people are even talking about Cain? The man never served any minimal public job.
Willisway62 made a god point: if Obama will be reelected in 2012 than by implementing his policies he can simply cancel 2016 elections, or make a USSR-style "election" with 98% of the popular vote for "Beloved Father of the Nation" president Barack Obama. Americans have to read more history and their own classics: starting from "Animal Farm" and "1984". If Americans will not wake up by 2012, Obama will make fiction's nightmare to the reality of our lives.
This Dumb TX Aggie likes your change to lunch and why you did it. I also like your shirt and that you can burp on camera and stay on track. I believe Obama's plan is to make more and more Americans dependent on the gov. so it will have more and more power. I expect him to wrangle a way to get more than 3 terms because he thinks he's the ONE! But, we need a LEADER, not a DECEIVER! He can give himself additional terms by Executive Order, right?
We are on the verge of national bankruptcy. Any major shock like the collapse of the euro and the Europeans banks which have lent money like crazy to Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Italy, and Spain... Any such big problem would trigger real trouble, much worse than the subprime crisis. We have much less credit left to bail out the problem. Capitalism without the corporate death penalty is socialism.
Big Government IS the problem. We must take control of it before it ruins us.
Someone earlier commented that we did not learn the lessons of the Carter years.
What they are not factoring in is our public education system and our colleges are in the process of creating ‘little liberals’ indoctrinating them in Liberal Ideology.
Every few generations or so we will have a Liberal election cycle because not enough people have been ‘mugged by reality’ yet. That is why we got Obama.
The ‘mugging’ has been going on for 3+ so the next election will go Conservative.
Through soft paternalism and Barack's soothing voice the Big Government will slowly walk a somnolent America through its decline and into its grave. But at least we will all be nominally 'the same' [the masses at least].
I admit I'm a hater. I hate all of Obama's coterie over the last decades, so don't think it it related to race [you libs], mostly democrats, but republicrats also.
You will not hear Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death these days, just 'give me something'.
It’s hard to believe that a Presidential message of outright pessimism will resonate with the American voter. More likely, Obama will continue to blame Republicans for the economic malaise, then double down with intensified scare tactics to convince voters he is the better option. “Prosperity is just around the corner” combined with class warfare and various iterations of ‘pushing granny off the cliff’ will be his likely approach, along with personally demonizing his opponent. And it could work.
Even Mickey Mouse could defeat Obama in 2012, if the GOP does not self-destruct by diving the party in Congress and by attacking each other during the primaries.
Political Correctness, self-serving efforts and a lack of vision as to what is good for America rather than what is good for the GOP or for myself, are the key factors that I foresee for 4 more years of Socialism.
@pombroll If Obama and the dems are reelected in 2012, and the reps are elected in 2016, we will end up with more than 4 more years of socialism. Wake up, American people!
No problem with a lunch alert for your followers on the west coast, we still will have our coffee with your video -- You stated this morning what we have been seeing from the government and it makes sense for the liberals to do so in order is interesting to take the wind out of the sales of conservatives wanting to aggresively tackle the problems the country has -- The hope is that the voting public will not be snookered!
Exactly, Dick! You hit the nail on the head, lower expectations IS all a liberal can do. He can't energize; he can't inspire; and he certainly can't get us out of this economic disaster that he created. I was listening to the Carter/Reagan debate from back in 1980, and Reagan could've been speaking about Obama today! Amazing! When will America learn?
I agree that the Liberals do make things worse, and we have to accept they are out of touch! I wish Congress would investigate Pelosi's spending during her reign, and reimburse the people for the wasted flights like Christie did.
I doubt that Barack Obama will run for reelection. Doubts persist about his eligibility for the presidency because he has not resolved the birth certificate issue and cannot explain his Connecticut Social Security number. My guess is that he will bow out of reelection at the last minute or maybe even resign the presidency before his term expires. Hillary Clinton will take his place as the Democratic nominee.
@westerleighroad It is highly probable that Obama will run for reelection, but will replace Biden as his running mate, most likely with one of the Clintons. Biden has been a gaff-prone albatross around Obama's neck during the 1st term and now adds nothing to the ticket.
We will likely see an economic collapse before the next elections affecting both the U.S. and Europe. These politicians live in fantasy land and on the day we find ourselves enslaved by a "new world order and currency" there is going to be hell to pay. This regime will spin it anyway they think they can with the propoganda media, however I think the flyover states are finished listening.
Obama calls the increase in unemployment a bump in the road. He’ll quote economists (same ones that never saw the housing crisis), that things are getting better. Listen to the experts, he’ll say & people nod.
He tells people that he “invested” TRILLIONs of $ that Bush didn’t. Doesn’t matter that banksters got the money, he’ll say this is for our good. He’ll tell of changes – troops out of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya. Ha, ha.
Facts don't matter. Feelings do! That is how he will win.
I think he will shift the blame on so-called greedy corporations and the reluctance of congress to raise taxes. The real finger pointing will begin in January I think.
Attempting to discuss anything logically with a leftist is a waste of time. They must be defeated, again and again.
