No you can't. You need an SaveEditor.

Unless there are any Action Replay cheats for the car, you can't get it

I used a saveEditor to put the Super bonus Audi into my career. The other cars are normal with ultimate tuning parts.

rubbish game in my opinion. cars performance are not realistic. forza motor sport 2 for xbox 360 is one of the best racing games ever
