I Dont wanna hate, but when ure a 60 kg small shouldered guy and do frontdips and easyownweightpullups -> this is not bodybuilding or hard sport... definition more not xD
When ure weight is 80 kg or 100 each body is other then we talk again about this hamsterdips...

@RussianStandard74321 @RussianStandard74321 fuck off you knob, lets see you post some inspirational videos instead of posting negative comments like this you fool, although i think the majority here know that your all chat sitting behind your macbook typing shit comments instead of getting off your fat arse and doing anything, fuckin knob head. I used to be pretty good at handstands. I could do all the basic lifts bar tiger pressups (or whatever they're called, from elbows) Then I started to get immense pain in my wrists and had to stop. It's been 2 years now. I can still handstand now and then, but any attempt at a serious workout is over...Do you never get pain in your wrists?
@cragzzz Cragzz I always do the wrist stretching video on my youtube channel prior to exercise, it's great for rehabilitating the wrists and keeping them injury free.
Congrats on your muscle up. I'll work on that the chest touching the bar. I also started using weights. I did 10 sets of 5 with 25#, then 10 sets of 1 w/35#, then 40# and last 53#. Little sore today but feeling good.
Great work man! Can't wait to see what you've got next for us.. Your informational vids/tutorials are good, but when you workout yourself it's even better!
By the way, are you still injured though? and what part of your body was injured?
now pulling my feet away from the wall for 8 seconds on my handstands. how did you go from a headstand to head stand? is that more triceps or something?
what do your workouts look like? im trying to get where you are. id like to see a workout plan you suggest. maybe some for beginners, novices, and advances people to try out different things and progess... exercises, reps, sets, rest intervals, and day splits. just trying to get an idea on how i should be working out. thanks.
Love your videos, very motivating. Quick question, how many times a week do you work out? and for how long? also, how many calories a day do you eat? Thanks and keep on motivating us.
Great progression Daniel! but ur first few clips seem like the clips im on at the moment lol.. looks like i got a loong way to get to your stage! keep up the great vids tho man loving it!
Nice video man. Barbarians shirt is pretty sweet too lol and the planche and handstands at start are bloody impressive I actually remember watching them on your conditioningdaniel channel.
Great work Daniel!! Keep these coming... the tutorial content is great, but it's nice to be inspired by athletes such as yourself who are at or near the top of the game.
your parents are good to you to let you do all that in their house (I assume) I keep waiting for some kind of blooper where you knock the china cabinet over...love your vids
@ideaman99 yes, getting your chest as clsoe to the bar as possible is vry important. I attempted my 1st muscle up last week and i did it successfully since i always get my chest equal to or above the bar when performing chin ups or pullups
This video was uploaded to show you that I'm not special or superior, I was once weak and skinny with minimal body control. It proves that with hard work we can accomplish our goals if we are consistent and stay motivated. Now go out there and make your dreams a reality.
@FitnessFAQs beautiful vid man, motivates me much 2 have seen u barely pull off that handstand press in the beggining, 2 doing OAC's, I was always thinking u had to have had some kind of genetical predisposition 2 being a beast! Its all hard work and commitment, Im so happy because after maybe 4 or so years of on n off training ive finally hit my first 3 mths of solid consistent training and im loving the rewards, hope I can have that OAC mid this yr, mad respect, and thanks again for the video.
@FitnessFAQs Love the video. Not sure where I see you skinny and with minimal body control in that video but still huge respect to you. I will catch up with you someday... :D
I used to used to use a doorway chinup bar till i landed on my back. Now whenever i go to use it im worried that itll slip out of the doorway again.
